You choose the adventure, we'll take care of the rest. From the colorful coast to rugged mountains. A trip to enchanting Madeira, in search of wildlife in Namibia or rather the unique landscapes of Kazakhstan & Kyrgyzstan. All trips from 2025 include everything you need during your trip. All meals, accommodations, two landscape photographers as guides, a private driver and sometimes even a private cook! In addition, we introduce you to the local culture and every trip includes a unique activity! You just need to choose the destination, book plane ticket and get your suitcase ready!
Any camera you feel comfortable with is good. The important thing is that you know how it works. Of course our guides are there to help you but you need to know the basics.
When will I know if a trip will definitely take place?
From 3 participants a trip continues. However, in some trips it can happen that only one guide is present. With 4 or more (maximum 6) participants there is always a second guide present.
I have signed up for a trip, when will I receive more information?
About 4 months before the trip you will receive an email from us containing login details for a web page with all the information. We will also create a WhatsApp group where we can get to know each other from then on. About a month before the trip we will also get to know each other online.
Who do I share a room with?
When assigning rooms we always take into account that men and women sleep separately. When you travel with someone you know, you may sleep together in the room. Please let us know in advance so we can take this into account. You also have the option of paying a single room supplement to guarantee a room for you alone (if available).
I received an invoice from the tour but it says 0% VAT?
True!!! On all photography tours the Dutch travel agency regulation applies. This means that there is no VAT included in the price. On the website of the Dutch tax authorities you can find more information about this.
When will I receive an invoice?
You pay the down payment invoice immediately when booking the tour. The remaining invoice will then come about 100 days before the tour. This can be earlier or later. If you register within 100 days before the tour, you will receive the invoice with the total amount within a week.
Physically, I have some symptoms (sometimes), can I join?
You are the best judge of whether your health allows you to take a tour. Each tour has a fitness level indicated. In addition, on most sold out trips we are with 2 guides so you will never be left alone. Is it too heavy or scary? No problem, together we will find a plan B and join the group again later.
What is not included in the tour?
Almost everything is included in the trip. Think breakfast, lunch, fruit, water, coffee, tea, lodging and on-site transportation. Not included are dinner, airfare, alcoholic refreshments and snacks.
I would like to bring someone who is not a photographer, is that possible?
Of course you can. You then book for 2 people. Please note that we really focus on photographing. Your fellow traveler will have to take care of this themselves.
