PHOTO TOUR DOLOMITES
Located in the north of Italy, in the heart of the Italian Alps you will find the Dolomites. A region with the most beautiful mountain peaks, valleys, rivers and lakes. Especially in autumn when the larches turn "gold," this easily accessible region becomes a feast for the eyes and is thus very photogenic.
For a week we live and breathe photography, enjoying the many beautiful faces of the Dolomites and chatting while enjoying the most delicious Italian aperitifs. We will stay in a beautiful accommodation between Cortina and Kastelruth. The days start early because we need to get to the locations to catch the early morning light shining over the Dolomites. Most locations are easily accessible, but also prepare for some light/medium hiking.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
It goes without saying when we say that the main focus is landscape photography. We will go out every day with sunrise, sunset and if the light is right we will also go out in the afternoon! In between all these moments there is time to catch your rest, take a walk around the accommodations or share knowledge with each other. We have the luxury of a private chef for the whole week so we won't be short of anything to eat. He makes sure all meals are ready when we need energy again. After sunrise and breakfast there will be time for some rest. Then we will dive into the theory and learn all about compositions and editing your photos. So the whole day is dedicated to photography from A to Z.
The Dolomites trip is open to any passionate photographer but only if you are ready for breathtaking rugged scenery and the magic of the Dolomites. We do not have a day to day schedule because we like to be guided by the most beautiful light. However, we do have a list of locations we will visit. Think of places like Tre Cime, Cinque Torri, Passo di Giau, Alpe di Susi and Val Gardena. The light constantly changes between the mountains so an unexpected stop is bound to be in between because we don't want to miss the best moment. Of course we all bring a dose of conviviality and it will be an unforgettable, inspiring and above all enchanting complete trip where there is all the room for learning and discovery.
ALL INCLUDED
All trips from 2025 are fully catered. That means we have a local driver to drive us through the countries or we have a private chef at our disposal, all meals are included, all accommodations (on a shared room basis), access to all the parks and lots of culture added to the trip. This way our guides can focus on the attention for you! Everything is arranged by local entrepreneurs, so all the paperwork is in order and we can do what we do best: show you the most beautiful places! Oh and did you know that we also support a local project with every trip? More about that later!
