Rolling hills, cypresses, picturesque villages, pizza and wine. We are, of course, talking about Tuscany, Italy. There are a lot of photogenic places in the world but Tuscany has something special. It has charm, romance and wherever you stand in this region it is photogenic. We travel to Val d'Orcia which we know from the postcards. By the way, did you know that Val d'Orcia has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2004? In the past, a lot of artists and filmmakers have been inspired here and we are also going to capture the landscape beautifully. Be enchanted by the golden sunlight during sunrise or sunset and pay close attention because you will regularly find a roe deer in the fields here so have your camera ready. 

In Italy, people like to take a siesta in the afternoon and that is because it is often very hot then. The doors of churches, museums and stores are closed and it is quiet around the streets. Should it be too hot to photograph then, we have selected the perfect accommodation for you. A typical Tuscan house among olive trees and vineyards with a swimming pool. This afternoon break also gives us the space to share various photography tips with each other and of course to relax. After a few hours, it's time to go out again and further explore the Tuscan landscape with our cameras. With a bit of luck, we will also be able to photograph the Milky Way!
