MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY

Whether we're talking fall or spring, outside is always a macro photography paradise. Wherever you look you see the smallest subjects everywhere. Among the grass, on a tree, big, small. Once you delve into the world of macro photography you discover there is so much more beauty to see.

Macro photography is all about getting closer and discovering a whole new world full of beauty hidden under our noses. Have you ever looked under a mushroom or inside a flower? Will you join us as we explore how to take beautiful pictures of these with the right light, your camera and dancing around the subjects? Throughout the seasons we let ourselves be surprised by the elements that come our way. For example, in autumn it could be mushrooms but in summer it could be dragonflies. Nature chooses the subject, we choose the location!

In this workshop Ester van Gemert takes you into her macro world. You will learn all about the basic techniques, preparation, compositions, light and settings of your camera so that you know how to bring the mushrooms to life on the screen of your camera. Will you be careful? We don't want to damage anything.

CREATIVE DEEPENING

Have you already mastered the basics of macro photography and would you like to dive even deeper and learn how to take creative photos with your macro lens? Ester can help you with this. Besides a workshop Basic macro photography we also have a creative macro photography workshop. This workshop is a nice deepening of the basic workshop. Ester van Gemert takes you into her creative macro world. We skip the basics because now we are really going to see what we are looking at. Pay attention to the details, stay focused and learn how to find even more magic on that one little flower or mushroom.

AFTER THE WORKSHOP

There is one more thing that can take your macro photography to the next level: proper feedback. That's why Ester will give you personal feedback afterwards on two of your best images taken during the workshop. Roel van Bussel is also always present at the workshop so that he can also help you while photographing. Both macro heroes will give you tips and help you create your own eye-catchers!

COMBINATION BASIC AND CREATIVE

If you want to master everything in one day, you have the option of attending 2 workshops. Choose a part of the day or come the whole day to attend both workshops! When booking the combination workshop, the second one is half price.
